Aménagement du territoire, le VIIe plan
Claude Laurent
Économie rurale, 1977, vol. 117
Abstract:
In spite of the difficulties resulting from the economic crisis the authorities have shown their desire to improve living conditions by giving great importance to country planning and environment in the seventh plan. Its aims are to rebalance large units and small establishments, town and country, East and West regions, and the protection of our national heritage. But the proposals do not always seem adequate. Moreover it seems necessary to aim at another type of growth from that of the past 20 years, which is not easy to attain as the various economic and social agents are not in total agreement.
