Développement agricole: Méthode et développement local
Pierre Boisseau
Économie rurale, 1977, vol. 119
Abstract:
Local rural development depends on the personal and collective basic training and education of all those working in the countryside. It consists in forming craftsmen in order to enable them to overcome problems of growth and to enable all villagers to take advantage of the teaching of self-expression and social contact. The primary school should once more become a centre of local activity.
