Marchés, organisation commerciale: Avenir des mesures protectionnistes sur les échanges de conserves agro-alimentaires: les champignons de Paris

Abstract:
As soon as a foodstuff can be canned price variations can jeopardize interprofessional organizations. What steps can be taken to solve this crisis ? The rich countries accuse the "over-cheap" labour of developing countries ; but the differences between cost price and sale price also depend on monetary factors. The rich countries must therefore find a solution which takes into account the tendency of the CNUCED to abolish protectionism — agreements with «poors» producing countries and agressive marketing.
