Planification, politique agricole, histoire économique: Plan de reconversion lait-viande et équilibre du marché de la viande bovine
Michel Drouet
Économie rurale, 1977, vol. 119
Abstract:
By means of an econometric model, the Direction de la Prévision has attempted to estimate the consequences of the "anti-milk" policy operating in 1969-1970-1971 on the stability of the beef market and to determine the conditions that a plan to regulate dairy prodution would have to satisfy to avoid an unstabilizing effect.
