Environnement, écologie: Besoins en eau et développement économique. Essai d'approche méthodologique
E. Lagache
Économie rurale, 1977, vol. 119
Abstract:
Working out objectives and means of using water, and planning hydraulic equipment to meet future demand, lead to choices that must be prepared. The methodological approach to these questions centres on systems analysis. The method is based on a analysis of water needs and resources ; it determines the main variables and thus enables a possible future to be explored.
