Abstract: In a sample farm (a dairy farm) a system of measuring and recording was set up to ensure the control of crops, measuring the yield both in the fields and in the stable, the animals' consumption and their yield. It took three years to analyse the system, to propose improvements, follow their introduction and measure their importance.
