Les aides de l'Etat aux industries alimentaires
Sylvie Serra
Économie rurale, 1977, vol. 121
Abstract:
Subsidies in capital, special conditions for loans, direct or indirect state aid for the restructuration and development dt agri-business is far from negligible. Yet the many varied forms it takes and still more the great number of government departments and bodies responsible for distributing this aid prevent it from being fully effective. An improvement of the present situation depends on the aims of French food policy being better defined. It would lead both to an increased coherence of the different aims of state aid and a better coordination of the government departments concerned.
