Abstract:
The food processing equipments sector has been for long dependent upon the demand for narrowly specialized machinery. Now it tends to associate, in a new sectoral dynamic, various types of technologies, equipments, processes. With the new technologies and markets, several industrial strategies are at stake : firstly for the food industries, but more and more for the engineering equipment industries (both heavy and light) electronic industry..
