Critères alimentaires et nutritionnels dans l'évaluation des projets
Pierre Campagne
Économie rurale, 1981, vol. 142
Abstract:
The criteria classically used in evaluation of rural development projects are not well suited in the case of many third world areas. They imply the existence of production units and require monetary units. In many rural areas, the objective is to better satisfy certain needs rather than improvement of money income. Food and nutrition can provide new criteria for project evaluation.
