Abstract:
In the southern part of the Vosges mountain, the diversity of situation of the farms and of the « terroirs » is analyzed from three points of view : the farms and their logic of the production process ; the « terroirs » units where the interdépendances between the different types of farms are studied ; marketing the relationships between the agricultural activity and its social and economic background by which the evolution of the different production systems is determined.
