H. Moisan
Économie rurale, 1981, vol. 142
Abstract:
In the framework of study regarding the professional qualification of farmers (EQPA) engaged by the APCA, thirty farmers have spoken about their field. There are different systems of production situated in Brittany, in Indre and the Beam. These interviews which took place in 1978 have served as an object of analysis of the contents according to themes. A part of the results -obtained in this manner has been regrouped under the terms of mastering and practising one's profession : 1) the school and conditions of apprenticeship on the farm. — 2) Aspects regarding the practice of one's profession : for instance, professional and specific competence, perception of risks, and en vironmental risks. Questions arising from the presentation of themes.
