Enjeu, pour l'accord international sur le sucre (AIS), de l'utilisation, de la biomasse sucrière

Abstract:
The development of sugar gasohol should greatly help the International Sugar Agreement to establish the export quotas. The greater value attached to sugar and alcohol by-products as well as the possibilities of purchase of sugar by the chemical industry should involve a liberalization of sugar policies and thus reduce the causes of world price instability.
