Abstract: Designing a development scheme of young bulls - In the area of Pays de Loire, using the increase of the drawplate: output, transformation, trade of young bulls, la CANA, first agricultural cooperative which is hightly specialized in bovine meat, hat designed a development scheme allowing to keep the balance of farm lands and employment in the area.
