Abstract:
Local finances and organization of rural space: the case of Ille-et-Vilaine - Several reforms concerned local finances. Many rural communes are now favoured. The newway of measuring fiscal potential per head of inhabitant shows that rich communes are not distributed at random. There are also great disparities between rates of professional taxe (TP).
