Vers une agriculture de services
Pierre Muller
Économie rurale, 1991, vol. 202-203
Abstract:
Taking two key variables (the articulation of on-farm activities and the relationship between the farm and the outside-world), one can construct a typology of market strategies for farm services. In this way, one can distinguish : the pluri-active farmer (with his patrimonial approach), the expert farmer (who has a professional outlook) and the businessman farmer (who adopts a marketoriented perspective).
