L'avenir de l'agriculture et du monde rural dans le discours des députés: dix années de débats budgétaires sur l'agriculture (1980 - 1990)

Abstract:
The weakness of the services in rural areas has already led the population to gather into associations in order to take in charge their needs. Crisis and decentralization have induced investigations of new fields : creation of economic activities, employment, fight against exclusion. The local représentants who now appear as the main deciders find difficulties in establishing clear and efficient relations with the associations. However these associations appear as a fondamental element of the good function of local democracy in rural areas.
