Abstract:
Jazz in Marciac, summer festival in Gers, created by the initiative of many voluntary workers and sustained by a judicious local board of partners, based on an associative project of cultural and local development, has invented a model conciliating in this particular case a high local participation around the conviviality and a dynamics like you can find in a firm. However, the great success of this new cultural organization could upset soon the beginning project.
