Abstract:
We propose a new glance over the choice of farm-equipments that may improve decision aid in this field. We search to understand how the present fleet of machines has been building in arable farms, through using the concept of functioning of the farm system. We show that a functionalist approach of machines is inadequate and that it is necessary to consider a constructivist approach of the fleet of machines in the whole system and its evolution, through the study of decision Unkings. That leads us to lay stress on aid to problems formulation and aid to problems solving.
