Politique d'installation et élévation du niveau de formation des agriculteurs à compter de 1992: quelques conséquences pour l'apprentissage et l'éducation des adultes

Économie rurale, 1992, vol. 207
Abstract:
An important up-grading of the qualification required from young farmers asking for Government grants is planned from 1992 onwards. But some of them meet difficulties in getting the level which is presently required. This article first presents a quantitative measurement of the difficulties of the change of level for some future young farmers, and then some ways of finding solutions in order to allow this important qualification up-grading at the same time contributing to maintain an annual steady flow of new farmers. The effort will concern the basic education (french and mathematics), and the diversification of training frameworks.
