Abstract:
The environment that matters is the human kind's one. The agriculture must respect it. According to that there are two main pathways : the technical pathway ; among them everything dealing with the improvement of the soil fertility is fundamental. Relating to this problem is the people's misappreciation of the soil medium wich is urgent to cope with ; the sociocultural and political parthway ; among the latters is the essential question of the co-operation in the field of training. Presently the offered training opportunities keep the « fully qualified people « away from the farmers : it is a must to start again to put trust to the farmers.
