Abstract:
Described through a cost-benefit analysis, this article shows how the concern for harmonization between agriculture and environment leads to the standard pitfalls of welfare economics. As an illustration, we try to take into account the sustainability constraint to gain efficiency in the internalization of all agricultural external effects.
