Abstract:
The analysis of industrial porcine enterprises in Rumania shows their generally low performances, the permanence of the former labour organisation and of the former management, the important economic difficulties they meet with in an incertain transition to market economy. It seems necessary to have a specific approach to the economies and the societies of these East European countries in transition.
