Panorama historique de la connaissance statistique du commerce et des services

Jean Albert

Économie rurale, 1985, vol. 169

Abstract: The sector of trade and services is a sector where small firms are predominant. The statistical methods used to apprehend it can justly be of interest to rural economists as agriculture is equally a sector of small units. The observation system set up includes an exhaustive file, annual or monthly sample surveys based on this file, completed by official documents and macroeconomic accounts.
