Le développement du secteur artisanal de la pêche

Rémi Debeauvais

Économie rurale, 1985, vol. 170

Abstract: In France small scale sea fishing has survived and even expanded in front of a large scale industry-like sector in deep crisis and decline. This paradoxical evolution is analyzed. The two forms do not always conflict in terms of fishing zones, markets, employment. Small scale fishing has its own dynamics.
