Économie rurale, 1995, vol. 229
Abstract:
The principal objective of this article is to show the economic and strategic importance of a better consideration of the new social demands with regard to agriculture for the society as a whole and for agriculture. In this respect, a method based on the reconciliation of the patrimonial and quality approach has been proposed. This method by its nature reveals the economic risks in relation to the new requirements of the society ans initiates a patrimonial and partner ship administration in particular regarding the quality of the environnement.
