La jachère: une maîtrise de la production coûteuse

Jean Vercherand

Économie rurale, 1996, vol. 232

Abstract: This article compares a strategy of fall of yield with the one of set aside in rotation to reach a same drop in production of grains and seeds. The first way would be actually much cheaper than the second one in inputs, in variable costs, and neutral in work.
