Les formes relationnelles entre les enseignes de grande distribution et leurs fournisseurs
Paul Bouvier-Patron
Économie rurale, 1998, vol. 245-246
Abstract:
Vertical integration on the one hand and contractual relations on the other hand are two main features of the food retailing sector. The economical weight of each of these both sides is more or less similar. However, in the long run, it seems that (a) the contractual side is more important than the integrated one and, in the same time, that (b) contractual forms related to high quality tend now to be dominant These two points (a, b) are the one we are going to explain here.
