Abstract:
The area of strategic management, especially for equipment decisions, is a key-concern for management consulting in a farm. We propose there to show the interest of a behavioral approach of équipement decisions in cropping areas, that is, an approach which purpose is to understand why and how somebody makes his decisions. We'll begin to present our theoretical groundings for studying strategic management decisions, then we'll build a framework for équipement decisions; we'll then apply it to different cases, and finally examine some implies for strategic management consulting.
