La reconnaissance juridique de « l'entrepreneuriat » rural
Luc Bodiguel
Économie rurale, 1999, vol. 253
Abstract:
A few authors have pointed out the emergence of a new social group belonginig to the rural class -rural entrepreneur- and of new forms of business -rural entreprises. The aim of this article is to know whether a juridical concept could correspond to the sociological and political concept of rural entreprise, in others words if the definition of a juridical status of their own, for entreprises located in the country, could square with the system of classification of the private economic activities. Indeed it must be admitted that the notion of territorial link of an economic unit does not fit in the spirit of private law.
