Abstract:
The journal économie rurale and the cap: 50 years of publication - Articulating quantitative and qualitative analysis, the article shows the changing status of the cap in the journal: a remote background for the country's productive mobilization during the fifties and sixties, it becomes during the seventies and eighties the spear-head of the French «export calling» before being reduced in the nineties to a mere appendix to the wro. These shifts reflect the phases of French agricultural development and the movements of the rural economy as it evolves from a Key- nesian productivism to a heteregoneous and contested neo liberalism.
