Contrat agri-environnemental: aide ou remuneration?
Laurence Boy
Économie rurale, 2000, vol. 260
Abstract:
Agri-environmental measures, specially agri-environmental contracts, have been analyzed as an alibi, concealing in fact an act of benevolence issue from the Administration and therefore as subsidies without any counterpart. This survey tries hard to refute such an analysis from the legal notion of the sufficient and valuable consideration ant to demonstrate that agrienvironmental subsidies constitute the price for services promised by the farmers. So they cannot be considered as technical trade barriers condemned by the wro rules.
