Abstract:
This paper rely on previous research issues in which the organization form notion was used to bring out firm varieties in wine and alcoholic beverage industry. The object of this paper is to show that a global measure of firms specificity can be achieve from the organizational form stability criterion and to test the relationship specificity-integration.
