Discussion pratique et discussion strategique au nom de l'environnement. Differents modes de concertation pour definir des regles de gestion des marais

Jacqueline Candau and Claire Ruault

Économie rurale, 2002, vol. 270

Abstract: Two dialogue plans, distinguished by their participants and the modal of discussion, were launched in 1990 in Charente Maritime about the marsh management. They have produced various results: le- gitimization of collaboration relations on one hand, formulation of a technical problematic on the other hand. These results are complementary to further define new action rules. But their difficult linking questions the conditions to consider the practitioner's knowledge, and the possibilities to fit the plans to the discussions progress. The evolving and pragmatic nature of the plans proved a condition to have a productive dialogue about ideas.
