La conduite des cultures: vers une ingenierie agronomique

Jean-Claude Meynard and Michel Sebillotte

Économie rurale, 1989, vol. 192-193

Abstract: As agronomists, we discuss the innovations to be expected in crop management. We analyze the new ways to control the productive process, and point out the effect of economic changes as well as of increasing farmer's means, on decision aid. We consider the elaboration of "itineraries of techniques" (coherent combinations of techniques) which allow to reach various targets of production as the main stake for the next years.
