Abstract:
The reason for the agricultural surplus produce is the blind developement of productivism which is compelled to rule over agriculture in order to face this increasing differences between the selling prices and the cost of the inputs. This survey shows how this first source of surplus is heightened by the E.E.C. Agricultural Policy, to the prejudice of the french production of cereal and french farming and this, without the French economy being able to recover, for its own benefit, its agricultural surplus produce throught exports or any limitation of the agricultural production.
