Abstract:
In the French cattle and beef marketing system, the big slaughtering groups lead a strategy in which the main componants are : creating industrial units, innovation in products, preferential relations with the main groups of distribution, and new forms of restauration. The last stage in the constitution of the great european market open frontiers to pieces of meat, and industrial products, wich where initially confined in the national spaces. Then, what may be the new competition between industrial units at an european level ?
