Économie rurale, 1990, vol. 199
Abstract:
The authors examine some economic aspects of policies to control nitrate contamination resulting from agricultural production. In this case we have a private corporation (producing mineral water) and some farmers, trying to build a collective action with the technical and economical help of INRA. Together they build a research-action with a system approach.
