Vers de nouvelles configurations productives: les entreprises globales
Bernard Guilhon
Économie rurale, 2001, vol. 264-265
Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to analyze the firms' globalization process from the point of view of organization. In this line, the notion of global commodity chains points out the organizational transformations seen in practices in which outsourcing is proéminent. The cross-border-production-networks are the organizational design convenient to divided value chains. These latter are subject to a shifting process of the added value to the intermediary products.
