La mondialisation des délits en col blanc: les cartels agroalimentaires des années 1990
John M. Connor
Économie rurale, 2003, vol. 277-278
Abstract:
This paper presents and analyses juridical and economic data relative to all known international cartels which have been efficient during the 1990s on food and agricultural markets. 29 cartels have been discovered either by the US DoJ or by the EU DG IV. The paper focuses more specifically on 4 similar cartels for which information is qualitatively and quantitatively rich: Lysine, Citric add and Vitamines A and E.
