Évolution des structures industrielles et de la concurrence dans les secteurs des semences et des pesticides

Économie rurale, 2003, vol. 277-278
Abstract:
The seed and pesticide sectors experienced major structural changes since the beginning of the 90's. This article shows that this evolution is determined, to a large extent by the development of the biotechnology, and that consequently several new competition problems emerged for these sectors. More exactly, competition problems covers both the usual problem of the excessive concentration level, and other problems linked to the exploitation of intellectual property rights and the evolution of business practices.
