ON THE UTILITY FUNCTIONS OF THE INDIRECT ADDI-LOG BUDGET ALLOCATION MODEL

Abstract: In this paper the conditions for integrability of the indirect addilog budget allocation model are sharpened. This is done by means of the indirect utility function. The conditions for the existence of an analytical expression of the direct utility function are set out and the pertinent analytical expression is presented.
