THE NUMBER OF CLAIMS AND THE CLAIM SIZE OF PASSENGER CAR TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS IN THE NETHERLANDS

Abstract: In this paper we analyze which characteristics of an insurant, his car and the insurance conditions, are associated with the number of claims and the claim size of passenger car traffic accidents, in which he is involved. A univariate as well as a multivariate analysis will be performed.
