Environmental Policy, Technology Substitution, and Cross-Media Transfers

Edward Osei and Bruce A. Babcock

No 18361, Hebrew University of Jerusalem Archive from Hebrew University of Jerusalem

We discuss welfare implications from the standpoint of society and of the firm. Society's solution is shown to lead to the least level of damage, output, and waste treatment costs.
