A BIZTONSÁG SZEREPE A TURIZMUSFEJLESZTÉSBEN

Abstract: A biztonság a turizmus egyik alapvető problémájává vált. A 2001 óta tartó időszakban a korábban ritkán jelentkező terrorcselekmények számának gyakoribbá válásával a turizmus szektorban új helyzet formálódott. Magyarországon a 2007-2013-as időszakban a turizmus erőteljes továbbfejlesztését irányozták elő, ugyanez történt az ország egyik jelentős nagyvárosában, Kecskeméten. A tanulmány az általános turizmus-biztonság kapcsolatok mellett a város válaszát is bemutatja a felmerült új problémákra. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Safety has become one of the fundamental problems of tourism. During the period elapsed since 2001, by having the occurrence of previously occasional terror actions increased, a new situation has been shaping in the tourism sector. For Hungary, an intensive improvement of tourism was envisaged for the 2007-2013 period just as in one of the country’s important towns, in Kecskemét. This paper intends to give a review on, in addition to the general tourism-safety intercourses, the response given by the town to the emerging new challenges.
