SZAKTANÁCSADÁS VAGY TANÁCSADÁS? - EGY FELMÉRÉS EREDMÉNYEI

Abstract: A tanácsadás része mindennapjainknak, tanácsot adunk másoknak és tanácsokat kapunk másoktól. A tanulmányban röviden vázoljuk a tanácsadás mezőgazdaságban alkalmazott jelentőségét, amely nagyon fontos egy jól működő ágazat életében. A téma aktualitását, a gazdálkodók alulinformáltsága, és a tanácsadási tevékenység hiányossága adja. Tanulmányunkban a Borsod megyei Tiszalúc Nagyközség gazdálkodóit kérdeztük, kérdőíven keresztül, a mezőgazdasági szaktanácsadáshoz fűződő viszonyukról. Emellett a szekunder és részben a primer adatok alapján elkészült egy SWOT analízist a mezőgazdasági szaktanácsadásról, mint szolgáltatásról. Az elemzéseket a szolgáltatást igénybevevők helyzetére vonatkozóan készítettük el. --------------------------------------------------- Consulting is an everyday issue. It stands for giving advice to and receiving some from other people. Our study starts out with a brief introduction of the significance of consultancy in agriculture and then moves on to my chosen topic Consultancy in Agriculture, an essential factor in the life of a prospering business.We chose this topic, because most farmers have not enough information. and system of agricultural consultancy is fault. We have used questionnaires to interview farmers of Tiszaluc Township in BAZ County, Hungary about their understanding of agricultural consultancy. Based on my research I have made up a SWOT analysis on Agricultural Consultancy as a service, including the details in tables. We have made the analysis taking the standing of those already using this service into account.
