A FELNŐTTOKTATÁSBAN VALÓ RÉSZVÉTELT BEFOLYÁSOLÓ TÉNYEZŐK ÉS A RÉSZTVEVŐK MUNKAERŐ-PIACI HELYZETE MISKOLC VONZÁSKÖRZETÉBEN

Abstract: Kutatásunk során a munkanélküliség és a felnőttoktatás kapcsolatát vizsgáltuk Miskolc vonzáskörzetében. Az elmúlt öt évben rohamosan növekedett a felnőttoktatás iránti kereslet a térségben és az országban egyaránt. Ennek alapvető oka a magas munkanélküliségi ráta, a keresletet azonban meghatározza a potenciális résztvevők iskolai végzettsége, a lakhely távolsága az oktatási intézménytől, a szülők iskola végzettsége, a nem, a jövedelem, a munkáltató és a jelenlegi munkaügyi státusz is. Tanulmányunkban a továbbtanulást befolyásoló tényezők jelentőségére mutatunk rá. Hipotéziseink igazolására irodalomelemzést, statisztikai adatok analízisét és a kérdőíves vizsgálat adatainak feldolgozását végeztük el. A kérdőívezés során Miskolc térségében élők (2349 fő) kerültek megkérdezésre. A kutatásunk célja az volt, hogy rátaláljunk azokra a tényezőkre, amelyek alapvetően befolyásolják a felnőttoktatásban való részvételt és annak sikerességét. Megvizsgáltuk, hogy mekkora a jelentősége a munkáltatóknak a beiskolázásban, mi alapján választanak szakot, szakterületet a hallgatók. Kíváncsiak voltunk továbbá arra is, hogy hogyan változott meg a felnőttképzésben részt vett hallgatók munkaerő-piaci és munkahelyi státusza, jövedelmének volumene. A megkérdezettek közel 92%-a gondolta úgy, hogy egy új végzettség megszerzésével javultak az elhelyezkedési esélyei, a jövedelme ugyanakkor csak 28% esetében-nak növekedett. ---------------------------------------------In the course of our research we studied the connection between unemployment and adult education in agglomeration of Miskolc. In the past five years the demand concerning adult education increased rapidly in the region and in the country too. One reason of these is the high level of unemployment. However the participation is determined by educational qualification, distance from educational institution and qualification of the parents, gender, income, employer and employment status. In our paper we are looking for the answer to that, which actor has the greatest impact on the intention of continuing education. To verify our hypotheses we made several studies: analysis of literature and statistical data, collecting, processing and analysing data from questionnaire survey. 2349 people were involved in query who lived in agglomeration of Miskolc. The aim of our research was to discover the cardinal determinants that are influencing the participation and successfulness adult education and what are the reasons of choice for special fields and professions. We examined the importance of employers in enrolment and what are the motivations of selection among fields and professions. Moreover we were curious to know how changed state of participant of adult education in labour market, in workplaces and the volume of income. Nearly 92 percent of the surveyed people believed that obtaining a new qualification improved the job opportunities. However, only 28% of the responder reported increasing labor income.
