Abstract: A társadalmi méretű integráció, és az az elv, hogy semmilyen csoport, egyén ne legyen hátrányosan megkülönböztetve, kirekesztve a társadalomból, többek között az iskolák feladata, melyre felkészültnek kell lenniük, és az intézményeknek igazodniuk kell az elvárásokhoz, hogy saját működésüket optimálissá tudják tenni, ezért napjainkban a pedagógiai munka legnagyobb kihívását a sikeres integráció megvalósítása jelenti. A feltáró kutatásom nem reprezentatív, a feltárt eredmények tájékoztató jellegűek, mellyel a célom elsősorban a megismerés, egy átfogóbb kutatás megalapozása volt. Az eredmények tükrében elmondható, ahhoz, hogy az integrált nevelés megvalósulhasson egy oktatási intézményben, vagy, hogy sikeresen működjön, s biztosítsa a kívánt eredményt, elengedhetetlen a társadalom minden tagjának – szülők, családtagok, pedagógusok – tájékozottsága, együttműködése és befogadókészsége. ------------- Social inclusion and the principle of non-discrimination, exclusion of any group and individual are among the tasks of the schools, which must be prepared and institutions must meet the expectations in order to optimize their operations. Today, the greatest challenge in pedagogical work is to achieve successful integration. My exploratory research is not representative; In the light of the results, it is essential for all members of society - parents, family members, educators - to be integrated, inclusive and inclusive in order for integrated education to be implemented in an educational institution or to be successful and deliver the desired results.
