Abstract:
In this paper, based on results of system analysis of matherial and informational flows in food prepararion and distribution, created model for logistic management. The main objective of Model is optimal plan of food chain in the Sebian army. Model has been tested in VMA (Army Medical Academy) in Belgarade By solving the mathematical model of linear programing, as the instrument of logisic management, it is defined optimal organization of preparing and distribution of food. Also, yearly, sezonal and monthly structure of meals is planed. That plans had to satisfay needs of users, and to have a minimal total cost.
