Abstract: Based on the position of the social determination of violations the ecological balance in nature and biological preconditions the emergence and development of a civilized human odbschestva, in points to the need to preserve the ecological environment for living, and human society. In that context, it points to the the need for and the importance of respecting civilization and ethical aspects Biosphere hozaystvovaniya, ie '' Assignment '' nature of a person with to meet the needs, carried out in such a way, so as not to put at risk the life and environmental conditions basis for the development of human civilization.
