WINE PRODUCTION IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA

Abstract:
Aim of this work is to indicate to basic trends in wine production of the Republic of Serbia, in total and by countries. Time period of the research is 2001-2006. The task is also to quantify the given changes and to see which factors have determined the specific movements in the production of our country. Authors are indicating the basic problems and suggesting the necessary measures which would increase the wine production in our country and pull the wine industry out of the evident crisis. Production’s Increase and change of structure represents the basic for the wine export increase.
